Na verschillende functies binnen het bedrijf is Houben sinds enkele jaren wereldwijd verantwoordelijk voor het merk KLM. Houben zette met KLM een nieuwe koers in, die resulteerde in een reeks innovatieve en opvallende campagnes, zoals KLM Meet &amp; Seat, KLM Space, KLM Live High &amp; Five en samenwerkingen met Heineken, ADE en Airbnb. Zijn doel is om te blijven innoveren en pakkende campagnes te maken. Campagnes die emoties losmaken en zo zorgen voor engagement.
