ABOUT THE DANISH LANGUAGE
Danish is the language spoken by all the people in Denmark making it the only official language. In the past Denmark has been highly influenced by the German culture, which cause lots of German words to be used in Danish. The Danish language is spoken by 5,5 million people.
Just like Dutch, Danish is written with the Latin alphabet. Although the letters q, w, x and z are hardly used. Only for words derived from other languages such as "sex" for instance.
Our Danish voice actors can be heard in many different types of productions. Including the filmtrailer, Video and corporate movies, E-learning, TV-commercial, radiocommercial and voice response messages. As well as animated features and audiobooks etc.
In Germany a Danish voice actor is called a ‘Danish Sprachaufnahme’, in France ‘voix off Danois’ and in Spain ‘Locutor Danés’.
