Doing a voice over project via Voicebooking.com has just got even better! Over the last several months we have been busy turning your feedback into action and the results are now live: a brand new design for ProjectPages with handy new functionality.
1. Improved design
You want to be able to work quickly and have a site that’s easy on the eye too. That’s why we have developed a design with better oversight and consistency. The experience on your smartphone could have done with an extra boost: ProjectPages has therefore now become far more mobile friendly, so that you can also check your project’s status while ‘on the go’.
2. Livechat, also ‘on the go’
Need to refresh the page to load a new chat message? Not any more. We have swapped the message system for live chat, which means you the client and the voice over actor can now communicate with each other much more easily – on mobile too.
3. Invoices at a glance
Questions from the finance department? Sometimes you need to be able to check invoices in the blink of an eye. To look at them, you no longer need to check them one at a time. Invoices are now all collated for you on one page.
4. Marking Audio favourites
When there are multiple takes within one project it is handy to be able to sift them easily. That’s why you can now select the right takes and mark the audio files as favourites. Meaning that you can find your chosen files again, quickly and easily.
5. Search function for previous projects
A much sought after function is now live. Allowing you to quickly take a look at an old project. We’ve built in a handy search function just for this.
So, are we taking a break now?
No :-). In the next update we’ll be tackling the briefing process, adding extra features to make briefing even easier. Do you have requests or ideas about that? Then let me know, who knows perhaps we can include them in the next update.
